Jung Joon Young also files to appeal his six-year prison sentence

Jung Joon Young has also filed to appeal his prison sentence.

According to a source in the legal profession, Girls Generation Yuri’s brother Kwon Hyuk Jun‘s legal representative filed an appeal to the Seoul Central District Court on the 5th.

Burning Sun MD Kim, F.T Island’s Choi Jonghun (30) and Jung Joon Young (30) also appealed their prison sentences on the 5th, 3rd, and 4th, respectively.

Five people including Jung Joon Young, Choi Jonghun, Burning Sun MD Kim, Kwon Hyuk Jun were sentenced to prison for two instances of gang rapes in Hongcheon and Daegu in January and March 2016. Photo and video evidence of the assaults was found in group katalk chats shared by Jung Joon Young.
