Lee Do Hyun From Hotel Del Luna In Talks To Play Leading Role In New Drama. Lee Do Hyun, who now plays the role of Go Chung Myung in the hit drama “Hotel Del Luna,” may be playing the lead role in a new drama very soon.
On August 7, it was reported that the actor had been selected to appear in director, Lee Eung Bok’s upcoming drama “Sweet Home”.
His agency Yuehua EntertainPment responded and stated, “It’s true that he has received an offer for the new tvN drama ‘Sweet Home’ and he is currently looking over it.”
“Sweet Home” is based on a popular webtoon of the same name and tells the story of a high school student who isolates himself from the world because of the pain he has endured from school violence. He loses his family and moves to a new apartment, where strange and shocking things occur.
The drama is highly anticipated as the next project helmed by PD Lee Eung Bok, who has directed works like “Descendants of the Sun,” “Goblin,” and “Mr. Sunshine.”
Lee Do Hyun made his debut in 2017 through tvN’s “Prison Playbook”.
